Workday Integration specialist

Location: :Boston, MA: Duration: 6 months GBaMS ReqID: 10998624 Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Hands-on experience in building and supporting Workday integrations using PECI, EIB, Core Connectors, Studio and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM data structuresExperience working in modules such as HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting & Time TrackingExperience in outbound payroll data integrations from Workday to third-party payroll providersExperience importing third-party payroll documents into Workday, including Payslips, annual tax documents & Payroll StatementsExperience in Workday tenant-to-tenant migration projectsAbility to extract, transform, validate, and load data between Workday tenants Strong XML, XSLT, JSON, and API integration knowledge Good To have: Workday Studio certification Workday Integration certification Workday Payroll certification SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1Design, develop, and support integrations between Workday and ADP Third-Party Payroll systems. 2Configure and maintain payroll outbound integrations using PECI, Workday Studio, EIB, and APIs. 3Analyze, map, transform, and validate data across Workday modules including HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Time Tracking, and Payroll 4Develop migration strategies, conversion templates, data validation scripts, and reconciliation reports 5Support mock conversions, cutover planning, and production deployment activities 6Design, build, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Web Services APIs 7Troubleshoot integration failures and provide timely resolution of production issues 8Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
