Workday Integration Manager

As a Technical Manager, you will perform a wide range of functions, including working with Huron and client team members and leading the implementation life cycle (planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live, and post-production support). This is a highly dynamic position with considerable visibility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday integration experience
• 2+ years of experience serving as a Workday Integration Lead
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio/Orchestrate, Cloud Connectors, EIBs, Prism Analytics, and Workday Report Writer
• Preferred but not required: Higher Education or Healthcare implementation experience, preferably supporting hospital or health system clients
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience explaining technical solutions to client stakeholders
• Experience working within an offshore/global delivery model, coordinating with onshore and offshore resources
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, as needed
• Experience supporting Workday HCM, Financials, and/or SCM implementations

Pay

The estimated base salary range for this job is $145,000 - $170,000. The actual salary paid will vary based on factors such as specific skills, certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.

This job is eligible for Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, reflecting a pay-for-performance philosophy. Inclusive of the annual incentive opportunity, the total estimated compensation range is $174,000 - $204,000.
