About the role

Responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with HR team to implement new HRIS features and updates.
• Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot issues related to HRIS.
• Analyze HRIS data to provide insights and reports for decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS management or similar role.
• Proficiency in HRIS software such as Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications
