Workday HCM Lead

Responsibilities

• Plan, gather requirements, and configure the Workday core HCM and core compensation modules to meet the client's business needs, ensuring alignment with their overall business strategy.
• Lead the implementation of Workday HCM and Compensation solutions, including fit analysis, unit testing, rollout, and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption.
• Resolve configuration and functional issues across various core HCM and core compensation modules, applying deep expertise in Workday solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure solutions meet their requirements.
• Deliver post-implementation support to clients, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring the Workday solution continues to meet their evolving business needs.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Workday HCM and Compensation: Proven experience in implementing and supporting Workday core HCM and core compensation modules, with a strong understanding of configuration options and best practices.
• Experience with fit analysis and requirements gathering to inform Workday HCM and Compensation solution design and configuration.
• Skilled in resolving complex configuration and functional issues across various core HCM and core compensation modules.
• Proven ability to lead the implementation of Workday HCM and Compensation solutions, including unit testing, rollout, and post-implementation support.
• Experienced in analyzing client business needs and developing solutions that align with their overall business strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Workday Module Knowledge: Experience with additional Workday modules beyond core HCM and core compensation.
• Industry-Specific Compensation Expertise: Familiarity with industry-specific compensation practices and regulations.
• Cloud-Based Solution Integration: Exposure to integrating Workday with other cloud-based solutions.
• Workday Implementation Certified.
