Work You'll Do

  • Lead Workday functional implementation, enhancement, and optimization activities.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and configuration decisions.
  • Facilitate client meetings to align on scope, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and stabilization activities.
  • Prepare deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4+ years of experience supporting or leading workstreams on Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation or equivalent HRIS system.
  • 3+ years of experience leading workstreams as part of Workday implementations with knowledge across the HCM product, including configuration of the system in one or more of the following modules: Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance Management, or Talent Experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product.
  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
  • Ability to lead projects or workstreams.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
  • Able to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience supporting Workday implementations or optimization efforts.
  • Workday certification in 1 or more functional areas including HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance Management, or Talent.
  • 4+ years of Experience working in consulting solutions for Fortune 500 or equivalent clients.
  • 2+ years of experience mentoring and developing junior staff through onboarding, skills development or performance reviews.
  • Experience leading client workshops and requirements sessions.
