  • Design and build Workday reports, calculated fields, and integrations in collaboration with integration developers (XSLT, EIB, Studio) to ensure reliable data flows.
  • Develop and execute test plans: unit testing, integration testing, and support client UAT; drive issue resolution and validation across functional and technical teams.
  • Create cutover plans, documentation, end-user training materials, and deliver go-live support including hypercare and post-production stabilization.
  • Partner with HR leaders, payroll teams, and external vendors to translate HR policy into system configuration and ensure compliance with US regulatory requirements.

  • Experience designing Workday integrations and working with integration teams (EIB, Studio, Cloud Connect).
  • Practical knowledge of Workday security model and business process framework.
  • Workday HCM certification (or equivalent employer-sponsored certification) and strong tenant configuration track record.
  • Familiarity with US payroll concepts and compliance considerations for Workday deployments.

Preferred

  • Experience with Workday Studio development or hands-on collaboration with Studio developers.
  • Background in Workday reporting and Prism Analytics for workforce insights.
  • Consulting or vendor-side experience delivering end-to-end Workday implementations and change management.

Benefits & Culture Highlights

  • Fully remote, US-based role with flexible work arrangements and autonomy over delivery schedule.
  • Growth-focused environment: mentorship, access to Workday certification support, and cross-functional project exposure.
  • Collaborative, client-facing culture that values technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
