Workday Financials Architect – Source to Pay (S2P) Lead

For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking a Workday Financials Architect – Source To Pay (S2P) Lead to drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation.

About the role

You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Workday CLM solutions for a diverse global clientele
• Conduct sessions for requirement gathering and analysis while advising on best practices
• Lead and prioritize project demands across concurrent clients without supervision
• Share lessons learned and best practices with clients to enhance their understanding
• Manage project scope and quality while directing team members and reviewing their work
• Research issues, identify root causes, and propose corrective measures to clients
• Contribute to knowledge management through document sharing and facilitation sessions

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Workday CLM/Evisort experience with deployment and support initiatives
• Deep expertise in Workday Contract Lifecycle Management
• Experience leading medium to large projects from initiation to go-live
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects in various roles simultaneously
• Strong client focus with proven relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote collaboration
• Proven consultative skills to guide discussions and achieve consensus

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
