Workday Financial Systems Manager

About the role

Lead the implementation and deployment of the Workday Financials products (Core Fins, Procurement, Expense, Accounting Center/Prism). Own continued day-to-day operations of the tenant, including administration, configuration enhancements, and deployment of new modules and features post go-live. Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday Financials matters and partner with the HRIS manager on the consolidated Workday system strategy.

• Support the finance and accounting team with developing the Workday reporting environment.
• Lead the semi-annual process to review and prepare for new Workday releases.
• Manage Workday integrations to internally developed policy administration systems, external claims systems, banking partners, and other third-party systems.
• Coordinate work with external vendors in support of the Workday tenant.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing large transformational projects.
• 5+ years of experience in a Workday tenant with specific experience in utilizing Prism and Accounting Center.
• Experience with SQL and other programming languages.
• Critical thinker with a passion for organizing and problem-solving.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented leader who understands and embraces technology.
• Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
• Adaptable and able to embrace change.
• Ability to learn quickly and self-educate.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Pay

$160,000–$165,000 per year.
