Workday Extend Consulting Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Workday Extend Consulting Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will oversee a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring strong delivery, trusted advisory support, and consistent execution across the full project lifecycle. The position will also shape practice direction, partner closely with technical and product leadership, and help mature the company’s extended application offering. In addition, this manager will guide a distributed team while contributing to pre-sales efforts, operational improvements, and long-term client success. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Own a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring strategic oversight and delivery excellence Develop, mentor, and empower a distributed team of Consultants and Architects Collaborate with Integrations and Product leadership to influence practice direction Provide oversight of project budgets, timelines, risks, and client communication Lead escalation management to strengthen long-term client relationships Guide pre-sales strategy and proposal development to support growth Drive improvements in methodology, tools, processes, and delivery standards Represent the team in leadership forums and contribute to strategic planning Qualifications Senior-level consulting experience with Workday Extend and Orchestrations Proven experience managing remote or distributed consulting teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management Ability to align daily tasks with broader business goals Demonstrated track record of client success and practice growth Willingness to travel up to 5% annually Benefits Opportunity for career growth and development Engagement in strategic decision-making Work with a distributed team of experts Involvement in shaping and maturing the extended application offering Flexible application deadline Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
