Workday Engagement Manager - Associate Director

Responsibilities

• Participate in the practice and contribute to a team dedicated to advisory solutions
• Deliver technology solutions from assessments to transformations that improve business decision-making
• Streamline client processes and manage project engagements effectively
• Foster a culture of innovation within the team
• Manage all stages of projects efficiently
• Use consultative skills to engage clients effectively
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycles

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in engagement management or business process improvement; or a Master's degree with 5+ years of experience; or no degree with 11+ years of experience
• Experience with ERP systems including Workday, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft
• Demonstrated success in multiple referenceable implementations
• Experience executing projects using a structured methodology
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required for client engagements

$135,000 – $225,000 annually
