About the role
The ideal candidate will design, develop, and support Benefits and Recruiting functional configurations to ensure seamless end-to-end HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support Benefits and Recruiting functional configurations in Workday
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio
- Solid experience with Workday Integration and Configuration
- Expertise in XML, XSLT, JSON, SOAP & REST Web Services
- Experience with RaaS and Advanced Reporting
- Experience working with ISU, security domains, and authentication policies
- Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Framework
- Experience supporting end-to-end Workday implementations or post-implementation support
Requirements
- 5+ years of configuring Workday Benefits and Recruiting modules
- Strong expertise in Workday Studio
- Expertise in XML, XSLT, JSON, SOAP & REST Web Services
- Experience with RaaS and Advanced Reporting
- Experience working with ISU, security domains, and authentication policies
- Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Framework
