Responsibilities

  • Lead or support the Data workstream on a Workday implementation project.
  • Support the creation of workplans for large, complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, and client relationships.
  • Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Data issues.
  • Work with clients to support new Data requirements in Workday.
  • Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
  • Provide support for regular and special Data processes in Workday, including posting, bank transfers, and paychecks.
  • Support Legal and regulatory reporting in Workday, as well as year-end reporting and activities.
  • Manage small onshore and offshore functional teams.
  • Identify strategies, risks, and options; recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client and functional requirements.
  • Architect Workday Data solutions, ensuring cohesion across workstreams and mitigating cross-functional impacts.
  • Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
  • Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
  • Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
  • Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
  • Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
  • Support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.

Requirements

  • Workday Partner Certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday Data conversion experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Data Operations + ETL experience, including Informatica, SAS, Clover, Pentaho, XML, and MySQL/SQL.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience.

Skills

  • 4 years of Data Conversion experience (preferred).
  • Keen understanding and demonstration of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Demonstrated experience in Reporting/Analytics.
  • Referenceable consulting-based leadership experience on specialized projects with deep knowledge of information systems.
  • Referenceable experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent), and PowerPoint.

Schedule

This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN, requiring 3 days per week in the office. Qualified candidates may also be considered in Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; and Tampa, FL.

Pay

Compensation at Accenture varies based on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The following are reasonable ranges of compensation for this role by location:

  • California: $70,350 to $196,000
  • Cleveland: $59,100 to $156,800
  • Colorado: $63,800 to $169,300
  • District of Columbia: $68,000 to $180,300
  • Illinois: $59,100 to $169,300
  • Maine: $54,400 to $144,300
  • Maryland: $63,800 to $169,300
  • Massachusetts: $63,800 to $180,300
  • Minnesota: $63,800 to $169,300
  • New York: $66,300 to $196,000
  • New Jersey: $68,000 to $196,000
  • Virginia: $59,100 to $180,300
  • Washington: $80,200 to $180,300
