Responsibilities

  • Lead implementations end-to-end while providing client teams best practices to meet their business operational goals
  • Client working sessions define goals and objectives for their planning cycles, and document key segments and metrics that will enable them to enhance their financial planning and analysis function to improve reporting automation
  • Lead multiple concurrent Adaptive Planning implementations and optimization engagements as solution architect for complex planning transformations, providing guidance on model design, security, reporting frameworks, workforce planning, scenario planning, and governance best practices
  • Lead client’s implementation in the design, configuration, testing, support, customization, and optimization of our clients’ financial reporting, forecasting and planning system
  • Lead in the deployment and implementation of integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP systems and other systems
  • Lead in process improvement projects, such as identifying and implementing reporting and data efficiencies to reduce client time compiling data
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goals, foster collaboration, and maintain a high-accountability culture
  • Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and resource allocation
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, FP&A leaders, Controllers, and Finance Transformation leaders on budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and enterprise performance management strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; major in accounting, finance, and/or information systems preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise performance management (EPM), FP&A, financial systems, or consulting is preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience and advisory experience is preferred
  • Proven experience leading minimum of 20 end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations across multiple industries and client environments
  • Minimum of 6 years of corporate financial accounting experience is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of corporate financial planning experience is preferred
  • Consulting experience is required
  • Experience managing multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously
  • Prior people management experience, including mentoring and developing consulting teams
  • Deep knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning model design, administration, reporting, OfficeConnect, Dashboards, and Scenario planning required
  • Strong background in financial reporting, financial report systems, and data flows preferred
  • Experience with process improvement and root cause analysis
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Able to articulate business value of systems enhancements or process change
  • Able to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience

Benefits

The compensation range for this role is $178,310 - $338,030. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
