Workday Adaptive Planning Senior

For our client, we are seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space. This role will focus on leading implementation work for financial planning and forecasting solutions that help clients improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making. The position partners closely with client stakeholders to define goals, translate requirements into system configuration, and deliver practical planning processes. It also blends technical and consultative work, with responsibility for integrations, automation, training, and ongoing optimization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Support financial planning software implementation projects from discovery through deployment Facilitate working sessions with clients to identify goals, key metrics, and planning requirements Build and maintain financial forecasting models in the planning system Configure, test, and optimize the platform to support client needs Implement integrations using JavaScript, SQL, and APIs Automate financial workflows and reports to streamline client processes Provide training to client teams on the tools and systems implemented Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business analytics, management information systems, or a related field 3+ years of corporate financial accounting experience 1+ year of corporate financial planning experience Experience with financial planning systems or similar platforms Strong skills in JavaScript, SQL, and integration platforms for ERP data incorporation Background in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences Benefits Opportunity to grow within a global brand Supportive entrepreneurial work environment Involvement in diverse projects across various roles Ability to develop consulting and technical expertise Mentorship opportunities for professional growth Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
