Responsibilities
- Lead implementation projects for Workday Adaptive Planning from start to finish
- Facilitate sessions to understand client business processes and reporting needs
- Manage engagements, providing guidance on design, security, and reporting frameworks
- Configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models
- Oversee integrations with ERP, HRIS, CRM, and other systems
- Identify process improvements to enhance financial insights
- Mentor junior project team members and contribute to their development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, business analytics, or related field preferred
- 5+ years in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or consulting
- 4+ years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience
- Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations
- Proficiency in JavaScript and SQL for data integrations and configurations
