About the role

As a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager, you will collaborate with EERPS-Workday colleagues and client teams on full-lifecycle implementation initiatives supporting FP&A transformations. You’ll use Deloitte’s adaptive implementation approach, which emphasizes flexibility, integrated client involvement, and rapid value delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships by understanding client business needs and developing strategies to deliver tangible benefits using Workday and Deloitte solutions.
  • Oversee multiple workstreams within a project, including guiding progress, escalating risks, coordinating cross-functional activities, and assisting with project management.
  • Define systems strategy, document business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, design as-is and to-be business processes, conduct conference room pilots (CRPs), configure functionality, test, and train client users.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with top decision-makers at key clients; collaborate on proposal development and lead aspects of the pursuit process.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of consulting or industry experience.
  • 8+ years of EPM project implementations, with at least 4 years focused on Workday Adaptive Planning EPM.
  • Full lifecycle implementation experience on 6 or more projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience.
  • Workday Adaptive Planning certification or ability to complete relevant Workday certification upon joining.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% on average, based on client and project needs.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Functional FP&A knowledge and experience implementing/deploying EPM systems.
  • Experience leading systems strategy, business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, CRPs, configuration, testing, and training in large enterprise environments.
  • Advanced degree in a specialized area.

Pay

The wage range for this role is $144,600 to $265,100, reflecting factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. Compensation decisions depend on individual circumstances. You may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program based on performance.
