About the Role

As a Workday Adaptive Planning Implementation Consultant, Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their operational efficiency by implementing and managing the Workday enterprise performance management software suite. This role involves working closely with finance and accounting teams to streamline financial processes, improve data accuracy, and provide insights for strategic decision-making. You will focus on building meaningful client connections, managing and inspiring others, navigating complex situations, growing your personal brand, and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients while delivering quality work.

In this role within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage Workday enterprise performance management software suite to enhance financial planning and reporting capabilities
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to streamline financial processes and improve data accuracy
  • Analyze client needs to develop tailored software solutions that align with strategic objectives
  • Provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications
  • Build meaningful client connections and anticipate the needs of teams and clients
  • Navigate complex situations to deliver quality work and grow personal brand and technical skills
  • Utilize Workday Adaptive Planning tools to optimize operational efficiency and generate insights for strategic decision-making
  • Uphold professional and technical standards, including adherence to the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of Workday product experience
  • At least one Workday Pro certification, preferably in Financial Management, Adaptive Planning, Project Management, or Engagement Management

Qualifications

  • Preference for a Master's or MBA in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations
  • Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning and Integrations
  • Completion of at least 4 end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning deployments while managing multiple projects
  • Experience analyzing requirements, financial models, and business processes to design and build complex planning solutions
  • Ability to provide technical guidance across the Adaptive product suite
  • Strong analytical thinking to interpret complex data insights
  • Effective communication skills to build meaningful client connections
  • Intellectual curiosity and learning agility to navigate ambiguity
  • Creativity in problem-solving and adaptability to change
  • Self-awareness to enhance strengths and address growth areas

Pay

The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
