Workday Adaptive Planning Architect - US - Remote

Responsibilities

• Own the Adaptive product vision and roadmap
• Translate planning requirements into high-performing models and reporting solutions
• Lead bi-annual release adoption and AI strategy for Adaptive
• Maintain governance, security, and architectural integrity of the platform
• Build trusted partnerships with Finance and HR leadership
• Communicate complex planning concepts in business-ready language
• Monitor and implement complex payroll legislation updates across jurisdictions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A systems or financial systems architecture
• Workday Pro Adaptive Planning Certification
• Deep experience with Workday Adaptive Planning as architect or administrator
• Strong understanding of enterprise financial modeling and forecasting
• Experience owning planning platforms and defining roadmaps
• Familiarity with Workday HCM preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related fields

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
