Responsibilities
- Own the Adaptive product vision and roadmap
- Translate planning requirements into high-performing models and reporting solutions
- Lead bi-annual release adoption and AI strategy for Adaptive
- Maintain governance, security, and architectural integrity of the platform
- Build trusted partnerships with Finance and HR leadership
- Communicate complex planning concepts in business-ready language
- Monitor and implement complex payroll legislation updates across jurisdictions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A systems or financial systems architecture
- Workday Pro Adaptive Planning Certification
- Deep experience with Workday Adaptive Planning as architect or administrator
- Strong understanding of enterprise financial modeling and forecasting
- Experience owning planning platforms and defining roadmaps
- Familiarity with Workday HCM preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or related fields
Pay
$120,000 – $150,000 annually
