Responsibilities

  • Implement Workday Adaptive Planning or Legacy Adaptive Insights
  • Analyze requirements, write functional specifications, conduct tests, troubleshoot issues and interface with business users
  • Lead medium to large scale Adaptive Planning (or similar) implementation projects
  • Manage and mentor junior staff on the engagement team
  • Lead pre-sales activities, proposal development, presentations, and demos

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or Legacy Adaptive Insights
  • 5-7 years’ experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
  • Holds active Workday Certification (Financials or Adaptive preferred)
  • May consider candidates with prior experience implementing TM1, Cognos, Anaplan, or Oracle EPM solutions
  • Experience leading medium to large scale Adaptive Planning (or similar) implementation projects
  • Experience with Adaptive in both development and administrative roles
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel
  • Extensive knowledge of FP&A processes and activities
  • Prior team management experience, experience managing people (mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Holds active Workday Certification (Financials or Adaptive preferred)
  • May consider candidates with prior experience implementing TM1, Cognos, Anaplan, or Oracle EPM solutions
  • Experience leading medium to large scale Adaptive Planning (or similar) implementation projects
  • Experience with automation and integration of Adaptive
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel
  • Extensive knowledge of FP&A processes and activities
  • Prior team management experience, experience managing people (mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff)
  • Experience in pre-sales activities, proposal development, presentations, and Demo's
  • Willingness to attend and present at orals

Benefits

The estimated base salary range for this job is $145,000 - $170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $164,000 - $204,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
