Workato Solution Architect

About the role

This is a 100% remote position for a Workato Solution Architect with deep expertise in enterprise integration architecture and solution design.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture and solution design
• 3+ years of hands-on Workato experience, including architecture and complex enterprise integrations
• Strong experience designing and implementing integrations with Workday Financials
• Strong understanding of billing systems and revenue-related business processes
• Experience working on billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, accounting, or financial transformation projects
• Experience with Workday integration technologies/APIs, such as Workday REST/SOAP APIs, RaaS, Workday Web Services, and related integration mechanisms
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, webhooks, OAuth, authentication, and enterprise integration patterns
• Experience with data transformation, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and error-handling frameworks
• Experience leading integration architecture for large-scale migration or transformation programs
• Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Workato certification or advanced Workato experience
• Experience with Workday Financial Management implementations
• Experience with billing platforms such as Zuora, Stripe, Chargebee, Salesforce Billing, Oracle BRM, SAP BRIM, or similar platforms
• Experience with revenue recognition / ASC 606 processes
• Experience integrating CRM, CPQ, subscription management, payment, ERP, and financial systems
• Experience with event-driven and API-led integration architectures
• Experience with financial data reconciliation and migration
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Experience providing technical leadership to distributed engineering teams
