About the Role

Library Work Study position supervised by Lauren Mantooth at Jay Rollins Library.

Job Duties

  • Checking in, checking out, pulling, shelving, and shelf-reading books
  • Assisting library patrons
  • Answering phones
  • Various tasks as assigned by library staff

Preferred Qualifications

  • Students who are academically strong and responsible
  • Accurate clerical skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Reliable work ethic
  • Library and computer skills are preferred but not required

Physical Demands

Lifting, bending, reaching and hauling will occur in this position.
