About the Role

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Agents. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking vacations, including cruises, all-inclusive resorts, and customized travel experiences. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements (cruises, hotels, flights, vacation packages)
• Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
• Stay informed on travel deals, promotions, and destination updates
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms
• Manage bookings, payments, and travel documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and internet navigation skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Passion for travel is a plus
• No prior experience required (training provided)
