About the role
Support hotel bookings for customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. Provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high satisfaction rates.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to hotel bookings, cancellations, and reservations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Process payments and confirm bookings using hotel systems.
- Communicate effectively with hotels and customers to ensure accurate and timely booking updates.
- Follow up with customers post-booking to gather feedback and improve services.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with AI tools and technology-assisted customer service is a plus.
