  • Coordinate with departments to approve or deny vacation requests
  • Ensure all requests are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Handle escalated issues related to vacation requests

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to vacation policies
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
