Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
