About the role

As a Cruise Reservations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and bookings for cruise lines from home. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and emails regarding cruise reservations
• Process and confirm bookings for cruises
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
