About the role

We are hiring remote life insurance sales representatives to help clients who have requested assistance with life insurance-backed products. This is a 100% commission-based position with no earnings cap. Agents typically assist 3–5 families per week, earning an average of $300–$500 per family. Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences.

We use data-driven systems and cutting-edge lead generation to connect you with interested clients quickly. While a life insurance license is preferred, we will guide unlicensed candidates through the licensing process.

Responsibilities

• Call on warm leads to schedule appointments
• Help clients review their coverage options and complete applications
• Guide applications through the underwriting process to ensure clients are covered

Requirements

• Must be licensed in life insurance products or willing to obtain a license
• Must have a computer, phone, and reliable internet connection
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Disciplined, honest, confident, and passionate about helping clients achieve financial goals
