About the role
Examines and ensures that information is complete and consistent on daily time sheets turned in by service crews. Dispatches orders and relays messages and special instructions to mobile crews and other departments using radio equipment or telephone. Works jointly with other administrative roles to ensure synchronization between both contractors and governments reporting systems. Assists in a variety of administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Uses sound judgment to screen and correct, if necessary, time sheets before they are keyed.
- Responsible for accuracy and changes to the company’s employee roster within GFEBS and Maximo.
- Maintains a record of service calls and work orders.
- Works with other administrative roles to ensure synchronization between both contractors and governments reporting systems.
- Assists in a variety of administrative responsibilities.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Must be a self-starter and have proficient typing skills.
- Basic math and telephone etiquette skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft and associated Suite programs (Word and Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Must have an insurable driving record and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a NACI (National Agency Check with Inquiries) and be able to obtain access to Ft. Huachuca, AZ.
- Maintain or gain Forklift certification within 30 days of employment.
Work Experience
2 years experience in administrative assistance.
Education, Licenses and Certification
- Required: High School Diploma.
Pay
The base salary for this position is $16.20.
