Responsibilities
- Advocate for employee rights in workers' compensation cases
- Ensure compliance with state and federal workers' compensation laws
- Prepare and present evidence in court proceedings
- Communicate effectively with clients, employers, and insurance companies
- Manage caseloads efficiently to meet deadlines
Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in good standing
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in workers' compensation law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Qualifications
- Experience in handling complex litigation
- Knowledge of workers' compensation statutes and case law
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
