WordPress strokovnjak
About the role
We are looking for a WordPress and IT specialist who masters WordPress, automation, and technological solutions that support digital marketing. If you know how to use WordPress as a tool for marketing results (not just as a CMS), can connect various tools (CRM, email, analytics, advertising platforms), have a sense for design logic, and are responsible, precise, and independent in your work, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Setting up and optimizing landing pages in WordPress (Elementor).
- Design-savvy page layout: typography, spacing, hierarchy, responsive design.
- Using marketing tricks on pages (lead forms, CTAs, upsell/downsell/cross-sell solutions).
- Independent work based on brand guidelines and prepared visuals (we don’t expect you to be a graphic designer, but you should be able to assemble an aesthetically pleasing and effective page).
- Connecting WordPress with various systems (CRM, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Implementation and maintenance of analytical tools (GTM, GA4, Facebook Pixel).
- Technical optimization: loading speed, security, SEO basics.
- Minor upgrades and customizations in PHP, CSS, JS.
- Maintaining existing websites and making ongoing improvements.
- Sending email campaigns and setting up basic automations.
- Technical support for the team—from minor IT challenges to advanced integrations and AI automations that improve our processes.
Projects you’ll work on
Our portfolio is diverse but primarily focused on projects where we can create real results. We specialize in companies with high-ticket products, helping them acquire qualified leads through lead-gen marketing, as well as companies and professionals who sell knowledge—lecturers, coaches, trainers, and others who want to increase their visibility and sales of their programs. You won’t work on all projects, but here are some areas where we’re currently investing the most energy:
- High-ticket product companies needing lead generation.
- Professionals selling knowledge (lecturers, coaches, trainers).
For more concrete information, visit our references page.
Who you are
You’ll thrive in our team if you’re someone who:
- Takes responsibility for your work and communicates promptly when facing obstacles.
- Can independently organize and complete tasks accurately and on time.
- Remains a reliable team member while exploring new opportunities and learning.
- Seeks improvements and adapts to a fast-changing environment.
- Has a “can-do” attitude and views mistakes as opportunities for growth (without blaming others).
How to apply
Before applying, prepare the following:
- Your CV (PDF format recommended).
- Links to examples of your work (website, sales page, project you’re proud of).
- A link to a short video introduction (30-60 seconds) where you tell us who you are and why you think you’re the right fit. Content matters more than technical execution—just be yourself so we can see if you “vibe” with us. Upload the video to YouTube as “unlisted” or to Loom and paste the link in the application form.
You can also include any additional information—we’re always happy to learn more about potential future collaborators.
