Responsibilities
- Read and understand drawings and measurements
- Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and measuring tools
- Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques
- Follow quality and safety standards
- Maintain shop and installation equipment according to an established schedule
- Understand daily cut lists, production schedules, and installation schedules
- Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Manager
Personal Requirements
- Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Team oriented
- Reliable
Pay
$16 to $18 per hour.
