About the Role

Clean tables by removing soiled dishes, silverware, glassware, and refuse and wiping table top and seats. Remove dishes from tables and place in plastic bus tub (approximately 40 lbs. in weight) in a timely manner. Set up tables according to established standards. Transport filled bus tubs to the kitchen dishwashing area. Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas.

Responsibilities

• Clean tables by removing soiled dishes, silverware, glassware, and refuse
• Wipe table tops and seats
• Remove dishes from tables and place in plastic bus tubs (approximately 40 lbs.)
• Set up tables according to established standards
• Transport filled bus tubs to the kitchen dishwashing area
• Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas
• Carry and serve beverages using a hand-held tray

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Prior experience strongly preferred
• Must be able to lift, maneuver, and carry up to 40 pounds
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for the duration of shift
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
