We are seeking a motivated, detail-driven Estimator to join our dynamic Wood Door Team. About the role

In this role, you will estimate the wood door portion of commercial construction projects. You'll dive into blueprints, analyze specifications, and create accurate bids that help drive our success. Responsibilities

• Review and interpret detailed blueprints and project specifications.
• Create accurate project estimates using internal pricing tools and vendor quotes.
• Communicate with sales teams, project managers, and vendors to clarify details and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation within our systems.
• Manage deadlines efficiently while staying proactive and organized.
• Develop product knowledge across top wood door manufacturers and stay up-to-date with industry standards and trends.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-first culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) preferred, or 1–2 years of related experience/training — or a blend of education and hands-on experience.
• Military experience is considered as a substitute for relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written.
