From setup to cleanup, Birthday Hosts create WONDERful experiences for guests by orchestrating interactive games and serving delicious treats! Greet, interact with, and provide exceptional guest service to party guests with a positive, upbeat attitudeCheck in party group and guide them to party areaSet up the birthday room based on party package and clean up after each partyAssist with any party package add-ons and verify that all remaining balances have been collectedServe food and drinks to all party guestsMonitor to make sure the party runs smoothly and on schedulePerform other duties as assigned Minimum requirements for all positions: Observational skills to ensure safe practices and recognize guest needsExcellent communication skills and customer service skillsAbility to stand, stoop, bend, and walk throughout the work area for prolonged periodsAbility to lift and/or move up to 45 poundsOur ideal candidate will be able to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays; must be available to work Saturday and Sunday from 9:30AM-6:30PM and ANY time for one weekday shift.
