Dinner Show Servers are the face of the affair and ensure an amazing experience by preparing the dining area for showtime and fulfilling guests’ food and beverage orders throughout the show to maintain an entertaining atmosphere! Ensures all tables and seating areas are set properly and food items are prepped according to guest countsGreets newly seated guests in a timely manner with excellent customer serviceTakes and delivers alcohol, assorted beverages, and food orders to assigned tablesFollows up with guests to ensure satisfaction; serves and replenishes beverages and food as necessaryAnticipates guest needs, replenishes drink and food as neededMaintains dinner show room appearance through pre-bussing tables and cleaning floor surfacesPerforms other duties as assigned Indoor Ropes Course Attendants $17/hr Ropes Course Attendants help guests climb to new heights and conquer their fears on our multi-level ropes course! Ropes Course Attendants harness our guests, relay important safety information, and then get the guests started on their WONDERful adventure upwards! Greet and welcome all guests that enter the ropes course areaInstruct, lead and supervise guests safely through the ropes course by following standard operating proceduresFollow standard operating procedures and ensure that guests meet all height, weight, and clothing requirementsProperly fit harnesses adhering to WonderWorks’ training and course manufacturer’s requirementsProlong standing, walking, balancing, stooping and climbing to various areas of the attractionPerform other duties as assigned Exhibits I/II $17/hr Exhibits & Basement Attendants positively interact with our guests and help spark their imagination by inviting them to enjoy exciting attractions like our Bed of Nails, Wonder Coaster, Astronaut Training Gyroscope, 4DXD Theater, and Laser Tag. Exhibits Attendants safely operate our thrilling rides while ensuring guests have a WONDERful experience! Welcome, greet, and engage with guests in the assigned area while answering questions and providing information as appropriate with a positive attitudeEnsure each guest understands and meets all safety requirements, i.e. height and weight requirementsOperate all exhibits in a safe mannerProlong periods of standing, stooping, bending, and walking to various areas of the attractionAct as a guide to the Laser Tag facility by explaining how the games work and the safety rules, demonstrating the function of the Laser Tag vest and gun, and preparing the guests for playtimeAct as a guide to the 4DXD Theater by explaining how the experience works and outlining all safety rulesCourteously respond to guest inquiries and comments by providing timely and accurate information about Laser Tag, arcade games, and other basement amenitiesAssist guests with arcade gamesMaintain the arcade prize counter for ticket redemption, ensuring redemption items remain stocked and organizedMaintain exhibit appearance and cleanliness according to WonderWorks standardsPerform other duties as assigned Birthday Host $11.98/hour + Tips As a Birthday Host you can be the life of the party for our partygoers! From setup to cleanup, Birthday Hosts create WONDERful experiences for guests by orchestrating interactive games and serving delicious treats! Greet, interact with, and provide exceptional guest service to party guests with a positive, upbeat attitudeCheck in party group and guide them to party areaSet up the birthday room based on party package and clean up after each partyAssist with any party package add-ons and verify that all remaining balances have been collectedServe food and drinks to all party guestsMonitor to make sure the party runs smoothly and on schedulePerform other duties as assigned Minimum requirements for all positions: Observational skills to ensure safe practices and recognize guest needsExcellent communication skills and customer service skillsAbility to stand, stoop, bend, and walk throughout the work area for prolonged periodsAbility to lift and/or move up to 45 poundsOur ideal candidate will be able to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays; must be available to work ANY shift time at least one weekday (Monday-Friday) AND weekend day (Saturday/Sunday) Previous themed entertainment experience is preferred Minimum requirements for all positions: Observational skills to ensure safe practices and recognize guest needsExcellent communication skills and customer service skillsAbility to stand, stoop, bend, and walk throughout the work area for prolonged periodsAbility to lift and/or move up to 45 poundsOur ideal candidate will be able to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays; must be available to work a minimum of 3 days with ANY shift time during the week (Monday-Friday) AND at least one weekend day (Saturday/Sunday) with ANY shift timePrevious themed entertainment experience is preferred Job Types: Seasonal, Part-time WonderWorks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
