Women’s Imager - Locum Tenens Coverage

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MD to provide outpatient women’s imaging services in a specialized, accredited breast imaging facility. The role involves interpreting screening mammography (including 3D tomosynthesis), diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, and MRI studies. You will perform image-guided procedures such as ultrasound-guided biopsies, stereotactic biopsies, needle localizations, aspirations, and clip placements.

Responsibilities

• Interpret screening mammography (including 3D tomosynthesis), diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, and MRI studies
• Perform image-guided procedures: ultrasound-guided biopsies, stereotactic biopsies, needle localizations, aspirations, and clip placements
• Deliver accurate diagnostics in a patient-centered, spa-like environment
• Provide timely reporting of results

Requirements

• Proficiency in breast imaging modalities
• Ability to perform minimally invasive procedures
• Board certification is negotiable

Schedule

Day shifts without call responsibilities; on-site role with no specified case load.
