Responsibilities
- Provide world-class guest service to ensure guests receive the highly sought-after Canyon Ranch experience.
- Ensure the smooth, efficient operation and impeccably neat and clean appearance of the Locker Room Front Desk Reception, Locker Bays, and Aquavana areas.
- Conduct personalized tours for guests during check-in and provide them with a robe and sandals.
- Maintain stock of neatly-folded towels, refreshments, and amenities in designated areas.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
- At least six months of customer service experience.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
