Women's Imager - Locum Tenens Coverage

This role involves providing outpatient women's imaging services at three specialized imaging centers in California, focusing on breast diagnostics using advanced Hologic technology. Key responsibilities include interpreting screening and diagnostic mammograms, 3D tomosynthesis, breast ultrasounds, and MRI examinations. The clinician will perform image-guided breast biopsies and utilize Powerscribe dictation software. The position requires board certification and entails a daily workload of approximately 30 screening, 10 diagnostic studies, 10 ultrasounds, 2 breast MRIs, and 3-5 biopsies. The workday is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with no call duties. Qualifications include expertise in breast imaging modalities, proficiency with Hologic equipment, and the ability to perform biopsies. The role is on-site at multiple locations, supporting comprehensive women's imaging needs.
