Women's Health Nurse - Instructor

Campus-based part-time role.

About the Role

Facilitate nursing education by instructing courses, supervising clinicals, labs, and simulated experiences, ensuring students meet competency standards. Support student learning through effective teaching, mentorship, and timely communication, while participating in faculty development and departmental meetings.

Responsibilities

• Planning, delivering, and evaluating nursing courses and clinical experiences
• Supervising students in labs and clinical settings, ensuring safety and learning outcomes
• Maintaining student records, grading, and reporting
• Evaluating student performance and preparing final assessments
• Participating in faculty development, meetings, and curriculum planning
• Supporting student advising and ongoing communication

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• Master’s in Nursing or BSN with teaching experience
• Knowledge of nursing practice, educational methodology, and adult learning principles
• Experience in clinical supervision, student evaluation, and instructional techniques
• Ability to adapt to online teaching methods and maintain current licensure and certifications

Skills

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with MS Office

Pay

Competitive hourly pay ($55-$70).
