Responsibilities

• Performs mammography exams
• Proficient in all breast procedures

Requirements

Education and Work Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year in a mammography position
• Dexa experience preferred; if not, must be willing to attend suggested training program
• Must meet all MQSA requirements

License Requirements

• State of Maryland Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
• Registered in Mammography (ARRT)
• Unregistered technologist must become registered in mammography within 6 months of employment

Certification Requirements

• CPR certification

Pay

USD $34.43/Hr. – USD $61.97/Hr.
