About the role

We are looking for a Wok Cook to join our team! This is a full-time position that requires open availability Tuesday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot, savory dishes blending Japanese tradition with local ingredients
• Operate the wok station in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment
• Collaborate with the team to maintain superior service standards

Requirements

• Open availability Tuesday through Saturday
• 2+ years working in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment
• Previous wok experience is strongly preferred; sauté or hot line experience will also be considered
• Passion for excellence and a positive, team-player mindset
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the entire shift, including frequent bending and stooping
