About the role
This Wealth Advisor will be a key stakeholder and decision maker in the exciting expansion plans of this wealth management firm as they look to further imbed their footprint into the comprehensive private client HNW market. The Wealth Advisor will have the advantage of stepping into an existing book of HNW clients and will be responsible for delivering comprehensive financial guidance, deepening relationships, and growing their practice within a supported, high-quality platform.
Responsibilities
- Managing and developing relationships with an existing portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients
- Delivering tailored financial planning and investment strategies aligned to client goals
- Actively engaging and reactivating relationships within the book to drive growth
- Collaborating with internal specialists to provide holistic wealth solutions across planning, investments, and more complex needs
- Building a disciplined, process-driven practice with a focus on long-term client retention and expansion
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory
- FINRA licenses (Series 7 and 63; 65 or 66 required or obtainable upon hire)
- Demonstrated experience managing a book of business and maintaining client relationships
- Strong financial planning and investment knowledge, with a consultative approach
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and navigate complex conversations
- Planning designation (CFP) or progress toward certification is a plus
