About the role

The Wealth Management Banker in the affluent segment is responsible for the overall affluent client experience, ensuring collaboration of relevant entities to deliver the full spectrum of U.S. Bank products and services. This includes identification of experts such as mortgage, small business banking, and personal trust services. The role involves developing, managing, and retaining client relationships through proactive contact of assigned and prospective clients, providing expert advice and counsel to build an understanding of clients’ needs and goals.

This role has multiple levels and is open to candidates with up to 3 years of minimum experience in Wealth Management. The successful candidate will be hired at the level aligning with their experience.

Locations: Nashville, TN and Lexington, KY.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the full spectrum of U.S. Bank products and services to affluent clients.
  • Develop, manage, and retain client relationships for Affluent Wealth Management through proactive contact.
  • Provide expert advice and counsel to understand clients’ needs and recommend product and service solutions.
  • Engage in wealth discussions with clients to increase book of business.
  • Collaborate with other experts such as mortgage, small business banking, and personal trust services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Up to three years of experience in Wealth Management, private banking, or financial services.
  • Series 6-63 or Series 7-63 licenses.
  • National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z (includes criminal background and credit check).

Pay

The salary range for the lowest level of the position is $80,280.00 - $98,120.00. The actual range may differ based on location. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
