About the role
Maintain and operate equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
Responsibilities
- Set up, pre-run, and perform quality checks on equipment to ensure proper production startup.
- Operate and control line speeds, batch formulas, and production rates; start and stop equipment as needed.
- Perform light maintenance and preventative maintenance on equipment; assist maintenance team with repairs and service tasks.
- Complete all required documentation, including downtime logs and HACCP forms, using SAP and in accordance with SOPs and safety training.
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble production lines and equipment as needed for sanitation and maintenance.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of related experience.
- Ability to operate multiple machines safely with minimal supervision and obtain necessary production specifications.
- Adaptability to flexible work hours based on production demands, including potential overtime and weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy.

Pay
- $15.00 per hour with an additional $1.50 shift differential for 6 p.m. – 6 a.m. shifts.
Schedule
- 2nd Shift: 4:15 p.m. – 1:45 a.m.
- Weekly Friday pay.
- Earn up to 2 weeks paid time off your first year.
- 7 paid holidays and 2 personal days each year.
