Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of YMCA members utilizing strength and cardiorespiratory areas
• Conduct retention appointments with new members using software to engage, track, and support ongoing activity
• Assist members in reaching their wellness goals through personalized support and membership engagement
• Guide members through the wellness onboarding process, including one-on-one appointments
• Connect members to selected wellness programs and follow up on their progress
• Ensure proper use of equipment while maintaining a safe and motivating environment
