Job Summary
The WISe Youth Partner supports youth and families with serious emotional disturbance by promoting recovery and resiliency through the Wraparound process. They improve WBH operations, provide customer service, connect with youth, parents, and providers, and empower families.
Essential Functions
- Supports intensive care coordination services including individual, group, family counseling, crisis intervention, and case management.
- Affords peer counseling and support, drawing on common experiences to encourage clients to regain hope and control.
- Provides information about wraparound services and processes, assisting clients in engaging successfully.
- Collaborates with clinicians and teams to ensure routine provision of WISe Youth Partner services.
General Responsibilities

- Maintain confidentiality and respect diversity.
- Work in office and community settings.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Self-identified past consumer of mental health services or involvement with a mental health system.
- Working knowledge of community resources.
- At least 21 years old.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle report.
- Willingness for training and sharing personal experiences.
- Agency Affiliated Certification from Washington State.
- Washington State Certified Peer with High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer proficiency, and ability to document in EMR and utilize telehealth.
- Pass criminal background check and meet agency drug-free workplace policy.
- Excellent customer service with a client focus.
- Able to sit, stand, and move for long hours, lift up to 25 pounds.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Able to drive in various weather conditions.
- Flexible to fill-in shifts as needed.
- Meet current Washington health care vaccination requirements.
Hours
Full time, Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm with flexibility for occasional after hours.
Salary
$20.00-$25.00/hour
