Wireline Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Directly lead and supervise daily activities of field crews on multiple project sites.
• Assign work tasks and ensure crews understand project expectations and daily objectives.
• Own daily production goals and ensure crews meet established targets.
• Execute work plans and schedules as defined by Project Managers and Construction Managers.
• Identify and resolve field issues that may impact quality, schedule, or productivity.
• Communicate daily project updates, production status, and field concerns to Construction and Project Managers.
• Preview future project sites to ensure they are ready for construction when crews arrive.
• Serve as a leader of field crews, responsible for people management, production, performance, quality, training, etc.
• Drive team KPIs to contribute to overall department and team scorecard success.
• Uphold ADB’s safety culture, lead by example, and promote a ZERO‑incident philosophy.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Work Environment

The role requires physical activity such as climbing, sitting, standing, walking, and driving. Employees are regularly exposed to all weather conditions—especially hot, humid, or rainy spring, summer, and fall weather—as well as indoor, environmentally controlled spaces. On‑site work may involve uncomfortable or distracting noise levels, and personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hat, and safety‑toed boots is required.

Experience and Education

• 1–3+ years of technical field experience (required).
• 1+ year of field leadership experience (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel nationwide (required).

Pay

This position offers a base salary ranging from $65,000 to $120,000, dependent on the candidate’s skill set and experience.
