Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Installs / disassembles (rig up/rig down) of wireline and pressure control equipment in accordance with original equipment manufacturer’s standards including verification of applicable certifications.
- Assembles, secures, and disconnects equipment
- Maintains and troubleshoots wireline truck and equipment including diagnostics, as well as keeps records for the overall operation
- Drives company vehicles and equipment: wireline trucks, cranes, pickup truck, pickup truck with trailer
- Ensures compliance with all regulations applicable to wireline explosives operations
- Cleans and maintains company vehicles, tools, and equipment; troubleshoots tool, equipment, and truck problems; restores tools in the shop and in the field
- Provides support to crew members with operations on and off location and communicates with technicians on equipment failure
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must possess a Class B CDL (Hazmat endorsement preferred but not required)
- Must have an acceptable driving record
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening as well as background check
- Wireline experience preferred but not required
- Willing to travel up to 80% time
