Wireline Field Crew Lead

Responsibilities

• Understanding broad direction, determining and developing resolution to an assortment of problems encountered at the wellsite of moderately complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
• Managing a team of two or more Field Operators.
• Overseeing and assigning training, competencies, verify and approve time sheets, expenses, DOT files, on-boarding, off-boarding, interviewing, promotions, terminations, and performance reviews for direct reports.
• Working directly with Customer Representative and drill crew on location to coordinate operations with the rig and or production facility.
• Providing record of all assemblies as run to the Customer Representative at the wellsite.
• Advising Customer Representative in the logging and completions operations, interpreting logging data, troubleshooting, and other wellsite analysis and decision-making processes.
• Maintaining crew and equipment at the wellsite and at the shop to provide specific logging and completions services.
• Maintaining records and communications as required by the District Service Delivery Manager/Coordinator.
• Assisting with the training of assigned personnel in completions operations and maintenance.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Engineering and 1+ year of Wireline experience
• Two (2) year Technical Associates Degree and 3+ years of Wireline experience
• High School Diploma/GED and 7+ years of Wireline experience

Pay

The pay range for this role is $50,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

This role is working with our customer on-site in locations across the world. You will have the flexibility to work in line with clients working patterns.
