About the role
This isn't just a manager title. You're the heartbeat of the store. You'll own the results, develop your people, and build something you're proud of — backed by one of the most recognized names in wireless retail. And unlike a lot of Verizon retailers in Florida, we pay above the market. Your effort here actually shows up in your paycheck.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop your store team every single day
- Drive sales of Verizon's full lineup of devices, plans, and services
- Own the details — inventory, contracts, customer follow-through, and clean operations
- Build a store culture your team actually wants to show up to
- Stay sharp on the latest tech and competitive landscape
- Recruit and develop the next generation of store leaders
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of retail, sales, or customer-facing experience
- 1–3 years of management or team leadership
- A high energy, accountability, and a competitive spirit
- Someone who leads from the floor — not just the back office
What You'll Get
- Above-market base pay + uncapped commission — one of the most competitive structures in the South Florida Verizon market
- Paid time off
- Ongoing Verizon-certified training
- Real career growth — JH Cellular promotes from within and continues to expand
Compensation
$4,500.00 - $8,500.00 per month
